off-network location. This will ensure responses and solutions to any request even
when our own network is down. You will receive a response to your
question/problem always within 24 hours of sending the message.

You can you use
the above link as an alternative method to logging into your control
panel instead of what was provided in your welcome e-mail.
Add-on
Request
All add-on requests should now be directed to our sales
department. Pricing information on any additional item you need
added to your account can be obtained from our sales department as
well.
Change
Billing Information
Please use the above link to update any credit card or
other billing information in our system. You will be prompted for a
username and password - if this username and password is unknown,
please e-mail billing@nghosting.com
with your current account's domain name, username, and password,
and they will get that information to you as soon as possible.
